Becoming Exactly Who You Think You are: Blueprint on how to Glow Up in 2026

Girl, 2025 was sh*t show! So in 2026 we are not taking any chances. We are creating our goal bodies, skin, and life. How are we going to do that you ask? Two words: Discipline and Consistency. I saw a TikTok recently that said, "you are not ugly, you are just not disciplined". Babyy, that sentence changed my life. Going to the gym consistently can change your body and health in just the matter of a couple of months. This is the same for creating a skincare routine and being disciplined enough to do this routine, even when you do not feel like it. The only difference between you and the person that you want to be is CONSISTENCY. This is your glow up blueprint:


Changing your Habits can change your life


I do not know about you, but my routines and habits were sh*t in 2025. I spent way too much time on doom scrolling on Tiktok and not being productive. This year I decided to I had to change my habits in order to change my life. I read a book called, Atomic Habits, which talks about how to change your habits. I learned about a certain technique called "habit stacking". Habit stacking is building new habits by linking them to old routines. For example, While I'm walking my dog I now listen to audio books. This includes something I want to do with something I have to do. Changing small habits overtime will make a big difference.

Making our Body & Skin Glow up


This will be year of glass skin, small waist, and ozempic allegations. We are going to move our bodies 4-5x times a week. I know that it's easier to say that you are going to go to the gym, then to actually go. So, here's two things that I do to stay consistent. First, I buy the cutest workout clothes. Looking cute makes me feel more motivated to actually go to the gym. Secondly, I find a accountability partner. For me, my friend Veronica is my accountability partner. Veronica and I have classpass and take workout classes as much as we can together.

Let's talk skincare...Having a skincare routine and sticking to it will have your skin looking like glass. For me, I have incorporated a good mixture of Korean and other skincare brands to fit my needs. Remember skincare is not one size fits all. You have to find products that target your specific skincare concerns. For me, its my large pores, hyperpigmentation, and texturized skin. It's very important to find what works for you and be CONSISTENT.

Becoming our best selves won't be the easiest process, but definitely the most beneficial process.
